Membersgram Privacy Policy

1. Introduction

2. What Personal Data We Use:

2.1. Phone Number & telegram Id

We access your Telegram account through your phone number to retrieve the list of your channels and groups, so you can receive our services for them. However, no session information is stored from you in our database, We also create a Membersgram account with your number and store your coins through this method. We retrieve your Telegram ID to identify you in the app and store it in your account information.

2.2. username of the channels you are a member of

We fetch the usernames of the channels and groups you are a member of and show them to you, allowing you to place orders for them. If an order is placed for any of them, we store their usernames in the database so that other users can see them and join.

3. Spam and Abuse

In order to avoid placing orders that are against our rules, we cannot restrict the accounts that have the rules and you can talk to the support email to check. email : [email protected]

4. Marketing

To be able to offer you our services for free, we show third party ads within your mobile apps through popular ad networks, which are listed below. We display an AdChoices logo on top of every ad. You can tap the icon to learn more about the ad network.

To enable the ad, we embed a third-party software development kit (SDK) for these ads. The SDK code is provided by third party ad agencies or networks. Data of our mobile users remain anonymous to us and to the third party ad agencies. However, the ad agencies’ SDK code will collect data to tailor ads to you, such as the third-party apps you installed on your device, your Android advertising identifier, your IP Address, your device's operating system details and MAC address, and other statistical and technical information. 5. Law Enforcement Authorities

If Membersgram receives a court order that confirms you're a terror suspect, we may disclose your phone number to the relevant authorities. So far, this has never happened .

7. Deleting data

7.1. Accounts

If you delete your account, all the information associated with your Membersgram account will be lost, for example:

Number of coins
The channels you joined
List of payments
List of orders
Transfer history
If you want to delete your account, follow the steps below:
My membersgram > Log out > delete account

7.2. Account Self-Destruction

You will only be able to delete your account twice a month
